I have calculated the primitive unit cell (hexagonal unit cell) deformation potential constant tensor. Now, I want to convert this tensor to a convention cell (orthogonal unit cell). Is there any way to convert this?

The deformation potential tensor is a cartesian tensor. It doesn’t need to be converted to the conventional cell as that would give the same tensor.
