How to determine whether unreasonable force field or structure leads to bond atoms missing

Hello all, a bond atoms missing occurred again with the same number after I changing the force field. I wonder whether this can indicate that unreasonable structure rather than the force field leads to the bond atoms missing.

You could try relaxing the system using minimization before running dynamics, which would help if it is an unreasonable structure.
