How to fix (anchor/constraint ) one end of the CNT?

here are two files for modeling SWCNT and calculating Strain-Stress Curve
you can fix setforce 0 0 0 and fix velocity 0 0 0 the bottom of CNT and fix velocity 1 0 0 for instance the upper side
