When I download the latest version it was intrupted at the 98% and said the file is damaged. I tried it many times and the same happens. I can download any other file therefore it is not my internet problem…

nonsense, it *has* to be a problem on your side, since lots of other
people can download and use those files without a problem.
i just made some tests with on-site and off-site download and install
for a different software and there was not problem at all.
