How to group a perticular type of atom in a region

Hii Lammps users,
I wanted to know, that how an single atom can be group from a defined region (where two numbers of atom available). Is there any perticular command or any other method to make group of an single type atom from a region ( where two atoms are present). Kindly give me some suggestions so that I can proceed further.

create a group by atom type and a second group by region and then create a group that is the intersection of the two groups.
