I have problem in using “SQSTransformation”
The error message is as follows,
RuntimeError: run_mcsqs requires first installing AT-AT, see Alloy Theoretic Automated Toolkit (ATAT) Home Page
To solve this, I installed atat in my home directory and changed .bash_profile
but still the error message shows up.
Can anybody help me?
