Hello everyone! I have a question on how to plot particles’ displacement heat map with OVITO.
My needs are like as follows: I use LAMMPS to simulate a block sliding on a substrate like below:
And now I want to output the particles’ displacement heat map on the interface like this picture:
Each particle is colored differently according to its own displacement in x direction.
I have no experience of post-processing so I do not know the specific technical details with OVITO. Any advice is welcomed and thanks for your reading!
