I want to use Cu atoms to replace 4% Al atoms in FCC. I have read the Manual, but still don’t find the commands to deal with it. Please tell me how to do it.

The set type/fraction command can flip the
type of a fraction of atoms to different value.
If your pair style treats type 1 as Al, and type 2
as Cu, for example, then that would work.
