How to use addtorque?

I use addforce commond to a group of atoms, then the atoms can move as a rigid body. But when I use addtorque commond to the atoms, they just remain static and don’t rotate at all. From the LAMMPS manual, the addtorque can be used to drive a group of atoms into rotation. Did somebody have used this commond?

yes. i just ran a short test calculation and it is working as advertised.
