How to use ATAT to build an SQoS structure

Dear ATAT team,

I have been doing SQS calculations and have a question that has been bothering me for a long time. Your answer would be greatly appreciated.How to use the mcsqs module to build an SQoS structure, do you use -tcf, I have done the Monte Carlo simulation, got the eci.out, gs_str.out and mc.out files, I need to know how to use the -tcf command.

You just specify your input file with
-tcf=filename That file should contains a list target correlations values, corresponding to the clusters in clusters.out
