Hello everyone, I’m not very proficient in using Ovito. The first picture is the one I got with Ovito, and the second picture is a picture from someone else’s literature, so I know what I need to do to get it.

You can use the option “Select particles on the surface” of the Construct surface mesh modifier in combination with the Invert Selection and then Delete Selected Modifiers to recreate the figures you show.
