I am working on a system with Grain boundary structures in the middle and at the edges. I have visualized the defects interaction with the grain boundary. Now, I am trying to quantify only the bulk defects (vacancies and interstistials) -without those within the grain boundary region. Does anyone has an idea how i can go about this
