hydrogel simulation by lammps

Hi There,

This is Hongyu Guo, a graduate student. I just wonder if lammps is a proper tool to do simulations on polyelectrolyte hydrogels. I want to study ion transport in a hydrogel.

If it can, I will greatly appreciate it if you send me some papers on hydrogel simulation by using lammps. Many thanks.

I think you need to do an appropriate literature search. The LAMMPS

web site has a “publications” page which could be useful to you,

if you know groups (authors) doing MD of hydrogels.
