Dear All users

When I started my run, I forgot adding compute to represent density profile command,

Now, How can I represent density profile? I should to run again?

Unless you dumped the trajectory you will have to run it again. If you dumped the trajectory with enough frequency during the simulation, you can write a little program to post-process the trajectory into density profiles.

or use the rerun feature in lammps to process the trajectory file.
