I want to output the IDs of each atom’s neighbors. The neighbors of an atom is specified with cutoff distance. Could you please give me some suggestions? Thank you very much!

please check out compute property/local

And dump local which outputs compute property/local

fields to a dump file. E.g. you can dump the list of

atoms pairs in an entire neighbor list.
