If I use metal unit style in lammps inputscript to calculate thermal conductivity. in what unit thermal conductivity will be printed out? and I uploaded the script below

The last line of your input script has what appears to be a conversion factor and lists the units.

If you have changed this input script without understanding what you are doing then you will have to follow through each command, what it calculates, and what units each quantity has based on your units command
