IMD Connection problem

I have tried with many port number for IMD (through VMD) but could not start the IMD connection.
I was getting error as
ERROR: Invalid fix style (modify.cpp:668)

This error came while running USER /imd/in.melt_imd (from LAMMPS folder).

Did you build LAMMPS with the USER-MISC package?
That's where the fix_imd command is.
