For homogeneous,command is available in the websitehttp://lammps.sandia.gov/.

ie fix langevin thermo stat.

there is neither a command called "homogeneous" or "inhomogeneous" in
LAMMPS. it is not clear from your e-mail what the relation to fix
langevin is.

please provide a more specific and detailed explanation.
