inner cutoff and outer cutoff

Would you please tell me about inner cutoff and outer cutoff?

What is the difference between them?

In pair_table style how can I set them?

Would you please give me an example of them?

One is shorter than the other.

The way the doc page explains. You list R values
in your file that go from an inner distance to an outer distance.
