input data for a non lammps user

Dear all,

I’ve installed LAMMPS-17Jun13 on our cluster and I’m looking for a simple run for testing which contains as significant number of atoms (100000 or so).
Can someone provide me input data of few time step that can be done quickly (~1h) from 1 to like 300 cores?
I also was told about a program call replicate.c but can’t find it in the tools directory.
Please note that I’m not a LAMMPS user but a member oft he team that administrate the cluster.
I thank you in advance.

Eric.

have a look at the examples in the "bench" folder of the LAMMPS distribution

there is a README file that explains how to run those tests as big as you
want them.
