Dear lammps users,
LAMMPS Aug 2017 version is being uesd in cluster for the simulation. I am creating spherical vacancies and joining them using region and union commands respectively. The region ids are deleted and relaxed. The simulation was running up to 2850 vacancies (2191 lines) with output of log and dump files. but, the input script is not read by LAMMPS with increase in further number of vacancies (> 2191 lines & 2850 vacancies) . Both log file and dump files are blank , but the terminal showing simulation is running. is it a cluster issue or any restriction in lines to run the simulation?
