I am installing GULP on Windows 11. I am getting following error.
The code execution cannot proceed because libgcc_s_seh-1 was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.
Pls suggest solution.

Windows is not really a supported platform for GULP and so the best solution I can suggest is to install a Linux emulator so that you can work with a nice O/S. 
A search suggests that you might need to reinstall the named dll on your system.
