coordination of atoms
you must import the crystal and in build menu , supercell builder extract to your own crystal.
then save it az *.xyz format. its the file of atom coordination. or in build menu, and cartezian see it.
If your system is a perfect crystal, you can use
the lattice custom command to build it by defining
the unit cell and its basis atoms.
