I was doing the graphene impact simulation.
I want to change the bullet radius and I found the command atom_style sphere and set group xx diameter xx
the question is whether the sphere is fit for this simulation.
If you impacter is a single particle, then it depends
on what pair style you use for interactions between
the impacter and the graphene.
More typical would be to use fix indent to
model a moving impacter.
