Dear all:
I have used the “fix deposit” command to obtain the thin film, and then used the “command ackland/atom” or “command can/atom” to identify the structure of thin film, such as fcc, hcp, and so on. My question is: is it possible to identify the crystalline orientation of the fcc structure? I hope to know whether the (111) direction or (001) direction is along the growth direction of thin film.
If lammps could not do it directly, are there any other softwares which are able to do it?
