Is there LAMMPS Kokkos support for IBMP10

Is there a plan to add IBMP10 Kokkos support for LAMMPS? I do see Power9.

I pinged the Kokkos developers and one said:

It should be fairly easy. Power architectures often behave different from other architectures (atomics, long double), though, and without access to the hardware it might be difficult for us to help with problems unique to that architecture.
