Dear user,
It looks to me that you are using Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) on your Windows machine. Your screen shot suggests that you are using the Linux version of EMC (Download emc_linux_x86_64_v9.4.4_20250801.tgz (EMC: Enhanced Monte Carlo)). I would assume you have not added EMC to your path.
