It is difficult to converge when calculating the carrier mobility at low temperatures and low concentrations. According to your reply in the previous question, I have put dos_estep=0.001 ,but the calculation is too large to complete when calculating low temperature. So I used dos_estep=0.005 for the calculation, but it is still difficult to converge.
