This includes primarily bug fixes.

Hello,
I've just released kim-api-v1.9.2.
This simply includes the changes necessary to download xz compressed tarballs instead of gz compressed ones from openkim.org. (We recently decided to only provide *.txz and *.zip archives in order to simplify our system and provide reliable checksums on the *.txz archives.)
