I built a lammps executable as follows:
cd ~/src
make clean-all
make yes-rigid
make yes-misc
make ubuntu
However, there is still no deposit and pour and shake in the_* Fix styles_ part when I check by lmp_ubuntu -h in src directory.
(Note: the fix shake and fix rigid are parts of the RIGID package and the fix deposit is part of the MISC package)
For this, I cannot use the fix deposit, fix shake, fix rigid/small commands and got an error:
ERROR: Unknown fix style (…/modify.cpp:815)
I will highly appreciate any kind help!
