I interest to study geodynamics using LAMMPS simulation. Following link is

I want to use LAMMPS at coarse grain scale to simulate the analog modeling
as shown in above video. I am a geophysics, strong in programming but poor
knowledge for atomic or molecular dynamics.
Would you inform me, is there any input and data file which close to the
video and I can start learn and modify from the input file.
