I applied a load to do friction wear along the x-axis, and during the sliding process, the temp of the model kept rising, and the temperature of the Newton layer and the thermostat layer remained constant at 300; The force on the ball is monitored, and the force in the x-axis direction of the ball increases over time, much more than the force in the y- and z-axis. How can I solve this situation?
You posted almost the same topic over a week ago. What makes you think, that reposting it will increase your chances to get an answer this time? Specifically considering that it is a rather small group of people that regularly answer questions here?
So, when you don’t get a response it can have one of the following reasons:
- nobody understands what you are asking
- your post is not providing sufficient context so that nobody can formulate a sufficiently accurate suggestion
- your post is not about LAMMPS but rather on how to conduct your research (and thus off-topic)
- nobody knows the answer
Neither of these issues are addressed by simply reposting the same topic with more-or-less the same text and information. Please keep in mind that nobody here is your adviser and knows anything about your research or has a vested interest in said research.
