Please keep the mail list in the discussion.
If you are using fix thermal conductivity, then the
fix stores this quantity, and you can output it. If you
are using compute heat/flux then you you can output
what the compute calculates.
In either case I suggest you use the current version
of LAMMPS. No one, especially me, remembers what
old versions did.
