In addition to my previous message i noticed that in the last version that i have just downloaded there is no fix_msd.cpp nor fix_msd.h. Am i doing something wrong?

You need to check the bug fix page and see if the command has been deprecated. I'm guessing it has been, or has been modified and combined with another routine. Anytime you can't get commands from the documentation to work with your build you should try getting the newest source and rebuilding.
