I have two questions about mass unit.
One is: with the metal unit, whether the mass unit of grams/mole equals to amu? Could we define the mass value for Silicon is 28 with the metal unit?
The other is: I used the Cu_u3.eam to simulate the interactions between copper atoms, and then I give the mass value for copper separately, just as follows:
pair_coeff * * Cu_u3.eam
mass * 64
I notice that the atom mass has already defined in the Cu_u3.eam, so I want to know whether the latter command (mass * 64) would replace the mass value in the Cu_u3.eam or not?
