[lammps-users] Area per Lipid and Area Compressibility

Dear Lammps Users;

I have recently started to simulate lipid membranes with cholesterol.
I am interested to estimate area per lipid in my simulations. Also, I
would like to calculate Area Compressibility soon. I am wondering, how
to calculate these in Lammps. Is their any specific approach that I
should take or Lammps has any in-build command which can perform this.
Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.

If you know the simulation box dimensions and number
of lipids, can't you calculate this yourself? The fix NPT
command in LAMMPS will let you run NPT on the 2 dimensions
of the membrane surface if that is helpful.
