How can I use the information in the j(t)j(0).dat File to draw a diagram of autocorrelation heat flux in the thermal conductivity study?

the LAMMPS documentation described the format of the file. you just need to import it into your program of choice for plotting diagrams, possibly with some edits or post-processing with some script language.
