Dear Steve,
I don't know. You have the source code which
implements the equations in the paper cited on
the doc page. I suggest you read the paper
and the code and be sure that is what you
want to do (there are other ways to simulate
grain boundary migration) and if it is,
then reformulate it for bcc.
