Hello:

I am interested in the bead spring system. Could anyone teach me more about how to choose all those fene and lj parameters, especially Rho (or Rhostar).

What should I pay attention to. Based on the exampls of chain tool, the value for Rhostar is 0.8442 and 0.6261144.

the polymer system I am interested is kind of polyethylene system. Any papers addressing such kind of issue will also be helpful to me.

The doc page on the FENE bond potential has a citation to
a Grest paper. Gary Grest devised the FENE potential, so
his papers will give you all the details.
