hello, i use lammps in parallel, i control the temperature from 1500
to 500, i start one program instance with 10 procssors(procs or cpu
number??) in 5 cluster which have total 10 cpus, every cluster have
two cpu. then successively i start the second program instance with 8
processors in this 5 cluster .i dump the real temperature,but the
temperature is not be by my control .so i am doubtful of that when
lammps computer temperature from collected data in different cpu, the
processors interaction with the data ,especially when i start two
parogram instance. is it fact or my understand wrong? which things
need to note in using lammps in parallel. thanks your response.
