I was wondering whether I can get a date file for polystryene microsphere ’ in LAMMPS data file format’. Where can I get more information about it.

The format for data files is described in the doc page for the read_data
command. You'll have to use some other tool to build a complex
geometry, or write a code yourself to output that format.
