Dear Sir,
there is no method written in doc pages for creating data file. How can I create data files, please can you send me format/commands for creating data file.

Any data file? Doesn’t matter which type? Have you looked at the “examples” directory that comes with LAMMPS?

Some pre-processing tools bundled with LAMMPS create data
files. See the tools dir.
