Hi,
Look in the LAMMPS manual for dump command. For both the friction and indent
examples dump style is atom, therefore the output dump file's columns will be
atom ID, atom type, x-coordinates, y-coordinaes, z-coordinates. Note that the
coordinates will be scaled so that they are beiween 0 and 1.
