Hi Steve and users,
It seems that several lines concerning the vector
calculation have been left out in both the file fix_ave_force.cpp
and fix_add_force.cpp (which can be compared with the file
fix_set_force.cpp):
vector_flag = 1;
size_vector = 3;
scalar_vector_freq = 1;
extvector = 1;
