Thank you for your help. Could you please tell me how convert xtc file to a
text file? I would like to do some data analysis.
the .xtc format is supported e.g. by gromacs tools and VMD.
instead of converting them to text files, which will be huuuuge
(in that case it would be easier to write native lammps trajectories
right away), i would suggest to use either gromacs or VMD for
analysis or if you need to write your own code, use the gromacs
or VMD (molfile_plugin) libraries to read the .xtc files.
