is it possible to model “Einstein solid” in lammps?(as hard spheres and springs)

If you model a solid at a low temperature, the atoms will
simply vibrate around their lattice sites. If you want actual
springs, then you need to clarify what each spring should
be between (pairs of atoms, or an atom and its site which
could be dummy atom). LAMMPS has harmonic bonds
which you could use for the latter.
