The damping parameters of temperature and pressure seem crucial to the simulations. Do you
have any suggestion or tips to the determination of these two parameters?

For real or metal units, 0.1 to 1 psec is usually fine for T
and 1 to 10 psec for P. Note that the time units
are different for metal vs real. In LJ units about 0.1 tau
for T and 1.0 tau for P is also fine.
