Steve,

In the command fix/ thermal cond’ty, is there any way we can interchange the hot and cold regions? I mean can we reverse the way of velocity exchange of atoms so that we can establish temp gradient in the opposite direction?

Now without editing the source code. But if your system
is periodic, I don't see that it matters.
