Hi all.
Curious... can I use the Gay-Berne potential for rods (no thickness), or does something singular happen when the minor axis of the ellipsoid goes to zero? My hope is that GB reduces to 2 interacting continuous line distributions of infinitesimally small Van derWaals particles. Is that right? Anyone know off-hand?
