Dear Sir,
I want to put beads layer by layer in cylnder, for example: first layer consists of 2mm diameter glass beads and second 4mm., then 2mm on 4mm, and 4mm on 2mm and so on. There may be 6 layers of 2mm and 4 mm beads.

You'll need to create a data file that has the particles you want, with
the coord and diameter of each.
